Fresh off of last week’s hailed performance at Berghain, rising techno star Grace Dahl drops her newest EP ‘System Failure’, in collaboration with Rebecca Delle Piane and Raffaele Attanasio. Dahl has been at the forefront of the thriving underground techno scene in Amsterdam over the past few years, and has gained recognition on the international stage. With unforgettable performances at some of the world’s most iconic venues, and her recent feature as one of Beatport’s Class of 2025 artists to watch, this is only the beginning for her career-defining year ahead. ‘System Failure’ EP stands as a testament to her rising influence, featuring four electrifying tracks — two original productions and two remixes — each blending unique influences with consistent, high-calibre energy.
On the EP’s title track, ‘System Failure’ sets the tone and brings a bold futuristic sound with pounding kicks and rolling basslines, followed by a remixed rendition by Raffaele Attanasio. Known for blending techno, electronic, and classic-contemporary influences, Raffaele brings a reimagined version, adding an uptempo twist to Dahl’s darker vision. Then, true to her signature techno sound, ‘Camille Fatale’ comes in hot with a hard-hitting intro, which descends into a distant and dreamy soundscape. Reminiscent of Dahl’s praised live sets, listeners are immediately transported into a rave, keeping the energy on the up as the song evolves. Finally, bringing in her own twist, Rebecca Delle Piane cranks up the tempo on ‘Camille Fatale’’s remix with acid influences and rich layers of percussion.

Grace Dahl is an electrifying force in the techno scene, known for her bold, high-energy sound that blends emotional depth with undeniable intensity. Raised across Spain and Amsterdam, her upbringing immersed her in the European rave culture. Influenced by her Hungarian and Finnish rave-connected parents, she began her career at 18 in Amsterdam, quickly earning a reputation through her residency at Vault Sessions. Grace has since performed at renowned venues like Berghain, Awakenings, and Boiler Room. In 2024, she launched Serial Disc Touchers (SDT Recordings), a label dedicated to boundary-pushing techno. With a packed schedule and a rapidly growing career, Grace Dahl’s journey is just beginning.
