Her recent performance at Time Warp NY marked her debut at this celebrated event and was met with enthusiasm, further solidifying her status as an emerging artist to watch. Building on this momentum, she’s set to release a new two-tracker EP titled ‘Have You Lost Your Mind.’ Scheduled to launch on the renowned Kompakt label this March.

‘Have You Lost Your Mind?’ showcases Tony y Not artistic growth and innovative vision. Starting with the main track that is full of her characteristic vibe, rich in the house sounds and psychedelic energy; the texture is hypnotic and, at the same time, is a futuristic roller driven by a magnetic vibe courtesy of its sultry vocals that make the listener not leave the dancefloor. On the other hand, “Deep Don’t Stop” emanates from the subtle vocals and its acid percussions; the energy of the track is also a bit vintage, giving us some Italo basslines with an avant-garde atmosphere.

FROM TONY Y NOT:

Last year, I decided to bring my voice back into my music. Singing has always been a big part of my life, from childhood to writing songs on my guitar as a teenager. That passion came through in ‘Have You Lost Your Mind’? An upbeat dance track with a twist—a mysterious break that lets my vocals take the spotlight and catch the listener off guard. I wrote it during a time when the world and global politics felt chaotic, and honestly, it seemed like we’d all lost it a little.

‘Deep Don’t Stop’ was just as fun to create. It’s a hypnotic, driving track with droning vocals that add a darker, almost otherworldly vibe. It’s about getting lost in the rhythm while channelling that same energy of letting go and reflecting on the madness around us.”
