We had the honor of interviewing Elderbrook during his concert at SaSaZu in Prague, where Fource Entertainment invited our team.
Elderbrook, aka Alexander Kotz, is a British singer, songwriter, and producer known for his unique blend of electronic, indie, and deep house music. He gained major recognition with his hit “Cola” in 2017, a collaboration with CamelPhat. His solo work features atmospheric beats, soulful vocals, and introspective lyrics, earning him a spot as a prominent figure in the electronic music scene. Elderbrook’s music effortlessly mixes chill vibes with emotional depth, with his debut album Why Do We Shake in the Cold? (2019) highlighting his distinct sound.

Who in your opinion is the biggest party animal ?
Haha, um I guess would be John Summit, haha. But also like I would say it is me, I can outparty litteraly all of them.
Is there particular collaboration that you are super happy about ?
I think working with Black Coffee was really cool, it was really good.
You have a lots of tattoos and you got one whilst you were performing in New York !
I did do that, haha.

Um, kind of, yeah. I don´t know if it makes it look like I was trying to hard but I don´t know I though it would be a fun thing to do.
What is the one song, when it´s like playing and you want to dance like nobody is watching?
Big City Life, by Mattafix. I love that song. But also like the remix of that one, by Luude – the drum and bass one.
What can we expect from you in the upcoming year of 2025 ?
Ohh. I´m about to announce a very large tour in North America, which I will be going on in spring 2025.
