Following their individual successes with AAA labels such as Spinnin’ Records, Universal Music and HEXAGON, Italy’s MorganJ and G-POL from Turkey present their new collab BAD, blending techno, tech house, and EDM into a powerful electro-tinged anthem.
The song is already being championed by several artists, including live spins from Oliver Heldens during Ultra Miami, and further spins from Chris Avantgarde, ARTBAT and Miss Monique.

Interview with MorganJ and G-POL!
Welcome, MorganJ and G-POL! It’s a pleasure to have you both to discuss your new collaboration, “BAD.” This track is already creating waves in the electronic music scene. How did the idea for this collaboration come about?
MorganJ: Hey, thanks for the invitation. It’s a pleasure for me too. It all began when George (G-Pol) sent me a rough idea of “BAD” with another title and a few vocals on it. After a few months, I decided to work on the demo because I imagined the finished track as something unique, and that’s it!
G-POL: Hey! Thank you very much for the invitation! I was lucky that MorganJ liked my demo, and we were able to turn it into a really cool track!
You both have impressive backgrounds with major labels and performances. How do you think your previous experiences influenced this collaboration?
MorganJ: I think this time we didn’t follow any rules and made something different from our other productions. We just enjoyed the sound design work, and let’s see the world’s reaction.
G-POL: As always, such works arise spontaneously for me. When I start working on a track, I try not to think ahead and just do what I like.
It’s clear that both of you brought your unique strengths to this project. “BAD” has already received support from big names like Oliver Heldens, Chris Avantgarde, ARTBAT, and Miss Monique. How does it feel to see such a positive reception?
MorganJ: I was pretty sure that a lot of underground DJs would love “BAD,” but we need to thank the great Oliver Heldens, who believed in the project from the beginning and shared the promos with big artists.
G-POL: I am very happy about every bit of support, especially when amazing artists play a track live. This is a very important indicator for me. I was delighted when Oliver played our track for the first time in Tulum. It was unforgettable!
Are there any new venues or festivals you’re particularly excited about?
MorganJ: I have a big festival in Slovakia this summer and a few Italian gigs. I’m super curious to see if some DJs will support “BAD” at Tomorrowland.
G-POL: Of course, I would love to be an artist at festivals like Ultra, Tomorrowland, Elrow, and Burning Man. I really hope that our track with MorganJ will be in every DJ’s set and will receive a lot of support at the upcoming Tomorrowland.
How are you preparing for the upcoming festival season? Are there any special routines or practices you follow to get ready?
MorganJ: I live by the beach and sea, so I usually wait for summer all year. I do sports, enjoy the sea, eat healthy food, and spend a lot of time in the studio making new bangers.
G-POL: This year I have a lot of performances. For each of my performances, I try to prepare a lot of edits, mashups, and other exclusive material for my listeners. When I’m not performing, I work a lot in the studio and spend time with my family.
What’s next for both of you? Any future projects or collaborations we should look out for?
MorganJ: I’m working on a lot of music and collaborations. I’m finally finding my genre, so I’m really excited to release “BAD”! Thank you, guys, and enjoy the summer!
G-POL: I’m working a lot on my sound and will soon be launching my second project, “Gokka Lapóska,” with a focus on more underground music.
