Swedish House Mafia was formed in 2008, after DJ´s and producers Axwell, Steve Angelo and Sebastian Ingrosso started to play some show together, but suddenly it became more and more frequent and people loved them together. DJ and producer Eric Prydz was also a part of some of these shows, but decided to stay on a solo journey. The name „Swedish House Mafia“ came from the people and fellow DJ´s who jokingly called them that.
They destroyed charts with bangers like “Dont You Worry Child”, “Save The World” or “Leave The World Behind”.
